Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident about shopping with PG Sports. Should you wish to return any items, please read through the following information.

Faulty goods or goods received in error...

We make every effort to ensure that the appropriate goods are delivered in perfect condition. If an incorrect item was to arrive, or the correct item was delivered damaged, please contact us promptly. We will then decide whether to arrange a collection of the item from your residence, or request that you follow the returns procedure (below). Once the goods have been returned, we will either process the refund within 7 working days (reimbursing any postage incurred), or arrange for a replacement to be despatched as a priority (whichever option you would prefer).

If you decide that you do not want the goods...

You can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. We impose a 25% re-stocking fee, and are unfortunately unable to reimburse any postage incurred. Should you wish to recieve a refund, it will be credited within 7 working days of the goods being returned. Please note that certain unwanted items cannot be returned (for example, customised teamwear).

Returns Procedure

1. Please contact us and request a returns number.
2. Parcel the goods, and write your returns number on the outer packaging.
3. Take the parcel to your nearest Post Office.
4. Choose a suitable method of postage (you are advised to take out suitable insurance).
5. Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

Please note:

- All returns are evaluated before being processed.
- Items with any form of customisation cannot be returned (unless faulty or received in error).
- Clothing will only be accepted back if it is in its original packaging with all labels attached.
- Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturers warranty terms.
