Printing Information

PG Sports provide a full in-house customisation service for garment decoration. We have invested in state-of-the-art digital transfer technology, enabling even the most intricate of designs to be produced at extremely competitive prices.

Digital/Flexi-Printing

There are two ways in which we can bring your personalisation requirements to life (digital/flexi-printing). Digital printing is used to produce logos with very intricate detailing (club/school badges & company logos). Flexi-printing is used for team numbers, standard text sponsors, stock design badges, names and initials. Both methods of printing produce a fantastic high quality finish on any teamwear garment. Whether you require 1 or 100, there are no minimum order requirements, and no set-up charges for any form of garment decoration.

How To Order

We've tried to make ordering your printing requirements as easy as possible. First of all decide whether you require flexi/digital printing, and then read through the information below. Please note that we follow up all printing orders (whether processed online or over the telephone) with an e-mail confirming the details.

Flexi-Printing:

Flexi-printing orders (team numbers, standard text sponsors, stock design badges, names and initials) can be placed online within the printing department, or over the telephone with our sales team (01606 868035).

Digital Printing:

Digital printing orders (club/school badges & company logos) are processed over the telephone on a one-to-one basis. The first step is to submit your artwork for a quotation (details below). Once the artwork has been received, we aim to provide a quote within 2 hours (if received between 09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri), or before 10:00 the next working day if received out of office hours. Should the quote prove successful, you would then contact us, and process the order with our sales team.

Submitting Artwork

To request a digital printing quote, please attach your artwork to the quote request form. The quality and type of artwork supplied initially can have a great bearing on the accuracy of the reproduction. When you submit your artwork, please ensure that the work is saved in a PC drawing package, ideally CoralDraw, and preferably in a vector format. Alternatively, you can submit the artwork in a JPEG/Bitmap digital format, or as an MS Word document.
