PG Sports provide a full in-house printing & embroidery service for personalising garments. We've invested in state-of-the-art digital transfer technology, enabling even the most intricate of designs to be produced at extremely competitive prices.
We use two methods of printing that'll bring your personalisation requirements to life:
1. Flexi Printing
2. Digital Printing
Flexi printing is used for team numbers, standard text sponsors, stock design badges, names and initials. Digital printing is used to produce logos with very intricate detailing (club/school badges & company logos). Both methods of printing produce a fantastic high quality finish on any garment. Whether you require 1 or 100, there are no minimum order requirements, and no set-up charges.
The cost of embroidery depends upon the complexity of your logo. Simply submit your artwork for a quotation (details below), and we'll get straight back to you with a set-up charge, and also a price per application.
How To Order
We've tried to make ordering your personalisation requirements as easy as possible. Please note that we follow up all orders, whether processed online or over the telephone, with an email confirming the order detail.
Flexi printing orders (numbers, standard text sponsors, stock design badges, names and initials) can be placed online within the printing & embroidery department, or over the telephone (01606 868035) with our sales team.
Digital printing/embroidery orders (club/school badges & company logos) are processed slightly differently, as the price depends upon the complexity of the design. The first step is to submit your artwork for a quotation (details below). Once the artwork has been received, we aim to provide a quote within 2 hours (if received between 09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri), or before 10:00 the next working day if received out of office hours. Should the quote prove successful, you would then process your order over the telephone with our sales team.
To request a digital printing/embroidery quote, simply attach your artwork to an email, and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. The quality and type of artwork supplied initially can have a great bearing on the accuracy of the reproduction. When you submit your artwork, please ensure that the design is saved in a Mac or PC drawing package, ideally Illustrator or CorelDraw, and preferably in a vector format (a file format that has no loss of resolution when increasing or decreasing its size). Alternatively, you can also submit your artwork as a PDF, JPEG, BMP or TIFF file.
