Are you an internet only company?
PG Sports combine an ecommerce website with a teamwear showroom based in the heart of Cheshire.
Can we come and visit you?
By all means, but please book in advance.
How long have you been around?
PG Sports formed in September 2006, and is a brand new venture that focuses exclusively on the teamwear market (see about us for further information)
Are you an official dealer?
Yes, we deal directly with all the brands. Every product that we sell comes direct from the manufacturer.
Do you stock all of the items advertised?
No we don't. We do however stock our best selling lines, and work closely with manufacturers who provide quick turnaround times.
Printing & Embroidery
I wish to have a sponsor's logo put onto a jersey. Is this possible and how much will it cost?
Bringing logo's to life is one of PG Sports' specialities. The cost for a sponsors logo would depend upon the complexity of the design. Check out our personalisation page for information on how to submit your artwork for a quote.
Do you do all your printing & embroidery on-site?
Yes, PG Sports have invested in state-of-the-art digital transfer technology, and provide a full in-house customisation service.
I wish to place my order online, but pay via cheque. Is this possible?
Yes or course. Just add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart, and when at the 'Check Out' enter the necessary address/contact details. The next screen will ask for your preferred method of payment. Simply select 'Credit card details sent seperately' and pop a cheque in the post at your earliest convenience. Your order will be processed on the day that we receive payment (see how to shop for further details).
When is payment taken?
PG Sports must ensure that the payment details provided are valid, before any order is processed. Payment is taken on the day that the order is processed. Orders are processed on the day that the order is received (or the next working day if submitted out of office hours).
I wish to purchase an item that doesn't seem to be displayed on the website. Can I still order it?
There may be several reasons for items not being featured on our website. The most likely is that the manufacturer is out of stock. Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you wish to check how long an item will be unavailable. We can also place special orders for products that we do not usually stock. For availability, lead times and prices, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Am I able to place an order over the internet?
PG Sports have an ecommerce website, enabling all products to be purchased through the on-line shop. Certain printing & embroidery orders, however, are ordered over the telephone on a one-to-one basis (check out our personalisation page for further details).
How long does it take to deliver a fully customised football kit?
It would take approximately 7-14 days, depending upon the time of year and product availability.
What are the shipping costs?
All orders totalling over £100.00 will be delivered free of charge. All orders totalling less than £100.00 will incur a delivery charge of £3.50 (see our delivery page for additional information).
Can I return a product for an exchange or refund?
Yes, as long as the goods are in perfect saleable condition, there is no problem with obtaining a refund or exchange (read through our returns policy for further information).
I think my product is faulty. What should I do?
Please e-mail us promptly explaining the fault (attaching a digital photo if possible). We will then decide whether to arrange a collection of the item from your residence, or request that you follow the returns procedure (read through our returns policy for further information). Faulty goods have to be returned to the manufacturers for their assessment, and we endeavour to get a response as soon as possible.
I wish to order a complete football kit for my team. Can I get any discount?
All of our prices are already heavily discounted. However, additional discounts are sometimes available for bulk orders. Please do not hesitate to complete the quote request form to see whether your order qualifies.
Do you offer sponsorship?
As a retailer we do not offer any kind of team or individual sponsorship. We have a policy of discounting all of our products and making these savings available to all.
